OUR TEAM

Sheylla Hudson has been the Office Manager for Day & Associates since 2004. She is in charge of accounting/banking for each property to include collecting and depositing rent, owner contributions and overseeing all outgoing payments. Sheylla is also responsible for coordinating with section 8 and various city housing projects. She personally interviews all prospective tenants and screens all applicants. Sheylla inputs all tenant information into our management system, AppFolio. In addition to managing Day & Associates office employees, she manages all on-site property managers. Sheylla studied administration in college and loves her job. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters and enjoys watching them compete in figure skating.

Alfredo Gonzalez has been with Day & Associates since 2015 as our property coordinator. He is dedicated to ensuring that every resident’s living condition is up to our standards and expectations. Alfredo’s role is to work closely with our vendors on apartment turnovers to provide great quality and prices for owners. Alfredo is also responsible for completing annual property inspections, making recommendations to our property owners and maintain a smoke detector/carbon monoxide log for each unit. When he is not out in the field, he is serving our tenants with any maintenance problems that need attending. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports with his children in his free time.

Claudia Sixtos came to the property management field with an extensive customer service background as an Insurance agent for 9 years. She was ready to jump into the world of property management. Claudia fills an important role for Day & Associates. She is responsible for coordinating maintenance requests between tenants, owners, and maintenance technicians. Claudia also reviews and maintains insurance policies for every property. In her free time, she enjoys family time and taking her two young boys to soccer practice.

Jose Hudson is originally from Peru and graduated as a mechanical engineer. He has been working for Day & Associates for 4 years. Jose manages all accounts payable including utilities and payments to trades people. He works with vendors ensuring the financial plans and policies of properties are maintained. Jose is a valuable member of the Day & Associates team.
